예요 & 에요 (Be) IS OR ARE

예요 - will be inserted when the word before it ends with a vowel.

보기 1 : 저는 소녀예요. 저의 이름은 민지예요.

에요 - will be inserted when the word before it ends with a consonant.

보기 2: 저는 소년이에요.저는 소년이에요. 저의 나이는 8살이에요.
